Little Brown Books for Young Readers contacted us to work on a new site for the Beautiful Creatures series written by Kami Garcia & Margaret Stohl. We created a WordPress site for the authors, and then a Ning, community site, for the books. The aim was to keep the designs consistent with one another, and with the overall look-and-feel of the series: dark, mysterious and romantic. The Ning site was created to allow readers and fans of the book to easily interact with one another. As fans of the series, we thoroughly enjoyed working on the sites with the publisher and authors.
